In order to request a withdrawal, a client must open a withdrawal request first. All withdrawal requests must be submitted through our online portal. You are able to request a withdrawal for any amount available in your balance. If you want to withdraw funds, you need to close trades in WebTrader and request a withdrawal through your online portal for an amount from the available balance.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial investment.
