· Proof of address
· Proof of payment
· Declaration of deposit
· Bank Account

Additional Client Account Verification Requirements (when applicable):

· Risk Disclosure Agreement
· Managed Account Agreement,
· Financial Services Agreement

Without these documents client will not be listed as verified and will be restricted for some actions.
